About Us
Mole Lettings is an independent family owned business which was formed in 2003 by founder and owner Jon Mole. Jon has been passionate about property since he purchased and rented out his first property at the age of 18.
Now based in Bracknell, the company has grown steadily over the years to assist a large number of landlords to look after their property investments. Experienced landlords know they can leave their properties in our capable hands, whilst we can also provide additional guidance and support to those that are new to the property rental business.
Our ability to let and manage properties professionally and efficiently matters far more to us than providing a posh showroom to our potential clients. Our Internet presence and marketing in relevant local media will ensure our properties get seen, but we have also invested in developing a strong and modern brand which we know will attract landlords and tenants to try us – and hopefully stay with us! We trust in a combination of sound business skills and our reliable professional staff to consistently deliver the service you need.
Our people
As a business serving local people, we place huge importance on our local knowledge and our input into the community. We are not just a centralised company with franchised offices, we employ local staff who live in the area and know about our properties. We always ensure our staff have previously viewed our properties prior to taking tenants for viewings and you can always speak to a member of the management team who will be able to answer questions or resolve any issues you may have.
We believe in continuously developing our skills, and our staff are given continuous training and development support to help them achieve their goals. As a company we also attend training courses run by ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) to ensure we meet their high standards in everything we do.

Under the rules, agents are required to protect and promote their client's interests, while at all times acting in a fair and proper manner. If you are unfortunate enough to suffer at the hands of malpractice by an ARLA letting agent, the Association can take disciplinary action on your behalf. You are better protected and will get higher standards from ARLA members!
